Cruz is a character in Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines. She is best friends with Lita and is dating Billy.
Death
Cruz was wondering if Billy was hungry so she wanted to go see if he was okay at the jail. The town's power was still out and as she was on her way to the jail she ran into Three Fingers. Cruz then tried to run away from him. However, he cornered her and stabbed her in her stomach. He then cut open her stomach and started to feed Cruz her own living guts. She then dropped to the ground and was left there until Julian and Billy found her dead body.
Throughout this film, Cruz was seen mostly talking to Lita, and hanging around Lita, as they were best friends before dying.
