He was friends with the Chief Of Staff, Dr. Ryan in West Virginia.

Charlie met Dr. McQuaid as she was touring the building they all worked in, including Ms. McQuaid.

Charlie died by loss of blood and body failure.

Soon after, Dr. McQuaid was executed by the cannibals and her body was not recovered.

Dr. Ryan died by being dismembered in the same building where Dr. McQuaid was killed and also where Charlie was killed.
