Preslow is one of the prison guards. He was transferring several prisoners to another penitentiary by use of a prison transport bus with Nate and Walter. After the bus was overturned, he was stabbed in the neck with a thrown knife by Three Finger.

Preslow overpowered Chavez but died before he could finish the job.
